Sprink uses text messages through our vendor, Twilio, to send both informational and marketing messages.
- We send informational and marketing text messages only to individuals who have opted in to receiving such messages.
- We will provide individuals with the ability to stop us from communicating by text message or to get help from us about the text messages that we send.
- Text messages with us are captured and recorded as required under applicable laws and regulations.

Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
- Consent to Text Message Communications
When you opt in to receiving marketing and promotional text messages from us, you are expressly authorizing us to contact you at the phone number you used to opt in, and you are agreeing that we may communicate with you by text message in accordance with these Text Message Terms and Privacy Policy.
Our text messages to you will be sent via automated systems. By opting in to receiving informational or marketing/promotional text messages from us, you are consenting to receive such messages via automated systems.
Even after you consent to receiving text messages, you may opt out of such communications at any time by sending STOP from the phone number at which you no longer want to receive text messages. Your receipt of texts from us is completely voluntary.
Opting into receiving text messages from us is not a condition of purchasing any goods, products or services from us. However, we will be unable to communicate you via text without your consent to receive text messages.

We will not sell any personal information obtained as part of our text messaging communications with you, and we do not permit our third-party suppliers, vendors, or contractors to sell any personal information obtained in the course of our business relationship related to our text message communications with you. We will not share your mobile information third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Your mobile information will not be used or shared with any third parties except as necessary to document your consent to receive text messages, to send those text messages to you and to comply with any applicable laws and regulations, including sharing your mobile information to Twilio.
For information on our privacy practices, please see our Privacy Policy at https://www.sprink.com/privacy-policy/.
Please note Sprink is not responsible for the information practices of Twilio. Twilio will not send you any advertisements or marketing materials even though we are using its services to text you.
- How Often will I Receive Communications?
The frequency of text messages you receive will depend upon your relationship with us. Just as with other communication tools, some individuals may communicate with us more often than others.
- How Do I Opt Out or Stop Receiving Text Messages?
If you feel you are receiving more communications than desired or if you would just like to stop receiving texts from us, you can opt out of receiving communications by sending the opt-out keyword STOP.
Helpful Hints: The opt-out keyword needs to be sent from the phone number where you want to stop receiving messages. If you have more than one phone number enrolled, you will need to follow this process with each phone number or contact us for assistance.
- What Do I Do If My Phone Number Changes?
If your phone number changes, you should let us know right away to avoid your messages being sent to your old number. Ideally, you should follow the opt out process described above before you change your phone number. You will also need to re-opt in to receive marketing and promotional text messages from us to your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any text messages sent by us through our vendor Twilio, any errors in such messages, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information set forth in the messages.
